know me

A free spirit, dedicated yoga practitioner, avid reader of anything concerning spirituality and energy, I discovered yoga while running in nature, listening to my breath, feeling one with the Universe.

My teaching style is powerful and yet introspective, based on correct alignments, supported by precise verbal cueing, and focused on exploring each one's inner landscape. I integrate asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), mudras (gestures), and bandhas (energy locks) in my classes and offer modifications for all levels.

While teaching, I see myself as a medium, facilitating and supporting each student's inner journey through an inspiring flow of poses and other powerful practices, encouraging them to practice - and live!- with loving compassion and driven by the heart.

I believe that yoga is for everyone, and I offer modifications for any body type, age, and physical condition.

I teach confidently in English, German and Italian.
